Delivery & Shipping Policy

In completion of its pioneering project and continuing endeavor in presenting the best speed and performance, Domtech concluded a series of Agreements with "Aramex", express shipping company, to ensure the delivery of your orders as quickly as possible at competitive charges. Amounts are collected according to the Pay After Delivery method. Thus, we have ensured a convenient, easy and safe buying process to our customers.

METHODS OF SHIPPING & CHARGES ACCORDING TO REGION

Delivery is done through Aramex, shipping charges are 6000 LBP if the items weight are less than 5 kg. The term of delivery extends to be within one to four business days (*) from the date of order confirmation.

During this period, the customers will be able to track their shipments through a policy number assigned to each parcel.

(*) Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays

 

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

An employee from Domtech or Aramex delivers the order to the customer who Pays After Delivery.

 

2. PAYING ONLINE VIA CREDIT CARD:

It is safe and fast, the bill is withdrawn automatically to show the payment process confirmation message.

We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit..
